Medical practices use Med Sales Hub at no cost, Industry reps join at no cost. Only pay $19 per month per medical practice to join that practice’s scheduling queue. This allows you to focus only on the offices that matter most to your territory.

Do I have to pay for every office in my territory?

No. You choose exactly which medical practices you want to engage with. You’re only billed for the offices you select—nothing more.

Is there a cost for medical practices to join Med Sales Hub?

No. Medical practices can join and use Med Sales Hub at no cost. Practices control when meetings occur by creating meeting opportunities within the platform, and representatives are invited to host those meetings.

Can I change which offices I’m paying for?

Yes. You can add or remove practices at any time, giving you full flexibility to adjust based on your priorities, access, and strategy.

Does paying for an office guarantee a meeting?

No. Joining a scheduling queue does not guarantee a meeting. Our platform uses AI to determine the best fit for each opportunity and invites the most relevant representative.

Can representatives choose which meetings to accept?

Yes. Representatives are invited to host meetings based on AI matching, but they can choose whether or not to accept the invitation. If they decline, the platform simply invites the next most relevant representative within the network.

How often can a representative meet with a practice?

Meeting frequency varies depending on practice availability and clinical relevance. The platform is designed to maintain balanced access across companies while prioritizing educational value for the practice.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Med Sales Hub does not require long-term contracts. Representatives can participate in the network and pay only when they join scheduling queues.

How does Med Sales Hub ensure fair access to medical practices?

Our AI scheduling algorithm evaluates several factors to determine the best representative for each meeting, with clinical relevance and the timing of the last visit playing the most important roles.
