These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Med Sales Hub website, web app and mobile apps (together, the “Platform”), operated by Med Sales Hub, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Med Sales Hub is a professional platform for the medical sales community. Depending on your account type, the Platform may include:
Med Sales Hub does not provide medical advice or clinical services and does not influence clinical decision-making.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.
By using Med Sales Hub, you represent that:
A representative may switch between a scheduling account and a personal account from the web app. Switching to a personal account releases any upcoming meetings so the practice can be matched with another representative.
You must create an account to access most features. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid features are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and when you sign up.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel or delete your account. When your plan or account type changes, the new price takes effect on your next billing date.
Purchases, plan changes and job listings are made on the Med Sales Hub web app. Our mobile apps do not sell subscriptions or other purchases.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.
Med Sales Hub uses proprietary technology, including AI-driven matching, to match representatives with meetings that medical practices create.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
Members may post updates, photos and links, comment on and share posts, and send direct messages (“Member Content”). You are responsible for the Member Content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
You grant Med Sales Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute your Member Content on the Platform in order to operate it. You keep ownership of your Member Content.
You agree not to post or send content that is false or misleading, unlawful, harassing or discriminatory, confidential to your employer or a third party, protected health information, spam or unsolicited advertising, or that promotes products in a way that violates applicable laws or industry codes.
Members can report posts and comments and block other members. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor Member Content and are not responsible for it.
Posts from representatives and posts from recruiters are shown to different audiences, and some posts may be limited to your network.
Recruiters who post job listings agree that each listing:
Job listings are shown to representatives in the states and specialties the recruiter selects. Representatives respond by messaging the recruiter. We may show recruiters the number of messages a listing receives. Med Sales Hub is not an employer, staffing agency or party to any hiring decision, and does not guarantee responses, candidates or hires. We may remove listings that violate these Terms; fees for removed listings are not refunded.
The news feed includes content from third parties, such as industry news articles, job openings published by employers and videos hosted on YouTube. This content belongs to its owners. We link to or display it for your information and do not endorse it or guarantee its accuracy. Job openings from employers are applied for on the employer’s own site.
Videos in the feed are provided through the YouTube API Services. By watching videos on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy for how information related to videos is handled.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Med Sales Hub may offer referral or affiliate programs. Participation is subject to the separate Referral Program Terms & Conditions, verification of qualified referrals, and compliance with all applicable laws and employer policies. Recruiter accounts are not eligible for the referral program.
Rewards are issued at our discretion upon qualification and are subject to tax reporting requirements. We may modify or end any program at any time.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with:
Med Sales Hub does not endorse, direct or influence prescribing behavior, purchasing decisions or clinical outcomes. Do not share protected health information on the Platform.
Our mobile apps are licensed to you, not sold, for your personal use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded them from. With your permission, the apps may send push notifications and access your camera or photo library to set a profile photo. You can change these permissions in your device settings.
If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Med Sales Hub, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
All content, technology and materials on the Platform, including software, design, text and branding, other than Member Content and third-party content, are the property of Med Sales Hub or its licensors.
You may not:
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med Sales Hub shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings on the web app or in the mobile app. Deleting your account closes it, stops future subscription renewals, releases any upcoming meetings, and removes your posts from the feed and your profile from the network. Fees already charged are non-refundable. Some information is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment or misuse. When we deactivate an account, we also stop its future subscription renewals.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
