These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Med Sales Hub platform (“Platform”), operated by Med Sales Hub (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Med Sales Hub provides a software platform that facilitates scheduling and coordination of interactions between healthcare practices and industry representatives. Features may include scheduling tools, AI-driven meeting coordination, referral programs, and related services.

Med Sales Hub does not provide medical advice, clinical services, or influence clinical decision-making.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.

By using Med Sales Hub, you represent that:

• You are a legitimate industry representative, medical practice, or authorized user
• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• Your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and employer policies

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Pricing & Payments

Med Sales Hub operates on a subscription-based model.

• Representatives are charged $19 per month per medical practice they elect to join
• Charges are incurred upon joining a practice’s scheduling queue
• Users may join or leave queues at any time; billing will adjust accordingly

All fees are:

• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change with notice

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Scheduling & Platform Functionality

Med Sales Hub uses proprietary technology, including AI-driven systems, to coordinate meetings between representatives and medical practices.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge:

• Meetings are not guaranteed
• Scheduling is based on multiple factors, including relevance, availability, and platform activity
• The Platform is designed to optimize, not guarantee, access

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Create duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• Attempt to manipulate scheduling outcomes
• Use the Platform for unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Referral Program & Incentives

Med Sales Hub may offer referral programs or incentive-based promotions.

Participation is subject to:

• Additional terms and conditions
• Verification of qualified referrals
• Compliance with all applicable laws and employer policies

Rewards are:

• Issued at our discretion upon qualification
• Subject to tax reporting requirements

Med Sales Hub reserves the right to modify or terminate any program at any time.

8. Compliance & Healthcare Regulations

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with:

• Applicable healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act)
• Employer policies and industry guidelines

Med Sales Hub does not endorse, direct, or influence prescribing behavior, purchasing decisions, or clinical outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on the Platform—including software, design, text, and branding—are the property of Med Sales Hub or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our intellectual property without permission

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using Med Sales Hub, you consent to:

• Collection and use of data necessary to operate the Platform
• Processing of information for scheduling, verification, and platform optimization

We implement reasonable safeguards but do not guarantee absolute security.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access
• Specific results, meetings, or outcomes
• Accuracy or completeness of all data

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med Sales Hub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities
• Any actions or decisions made by users or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations
• Remove access for non-payment or misuse

You may terminate your account at any time, but fees already incurred are non-refundable.

14. Modifications to Terms
