This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the Med Sales Hub website, web app and mobile apps (together, the “Platform”).
By using Med Sales Hub, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
With your permission, our mobile apps may use your camera or photo library so you can choose a profile photo or attach a photo to a post, and may send you push notifications. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
We share information with providers that help us operate the Platform, under agreements that limit their use of it:

If Med Sales Hub is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The news feed includes links to articles and job openings on third-party websites. When you open them, those websites’ own privacy policies apply.
Videos in the feed are provided through the YouTube API Services. We use the YouTube API to find videos from selected channels and search results and display them on the Platform; we do not access your YouTube or Google account. When you play a video, it is played by YouTube’s embedded player, and YouTube may collect information about your device and viewing as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Use of videos is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information as long as your account is open and as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings on the web app or in the mobile app. When you delete your account, we close it, stop future subscription renewals, release any upcoming meetings, and remove your posts from the feed and your profile from the network. We keep billing records and other information we are required to keep by law, and records needed to prevent fraud or enforce our Terms. Med Sales Hub is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Med Sales Hub is a professional networking and meeting coordination platform. We do not collect or process protected health information (PHI) for clinical purposes, and members must not share PHI on the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated date and, for material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
