Med Sales Hub Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Med Sales Hub Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to reward eligible representatives for referring medical practices to the Med Sales Hub platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Program is limited to active, registered members of Med Sales Hub in good standing. Participants must maintain an active account on the platform at the time of referral, reward issuance, and any prize distribution to remain eligible.

3. Qualified Referrals

A referral is considered “qualified” when a referred medical practice:

• Is new to Med Sales Hub
• Completes account registration and onboarding
• Actively uses the platform
• Successfully hosts a minimum of 15 meetings through Med Sales Hub

Med Sales Hub reserves the right to verify all referrals to ensure compliance with these requirements.

4. Referral Rewards

Eligible participants will receive a $100 gift card for each qualified medical practice referral. Rewards will be issued only after the referred practice meets all qualification criteria outlined above.

Gift cards are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and are subject to the terms of the issuing provider.

5. Annual Leaderboard & Grand Prizes

At the conclusion of each quarter, Med Sales Hub will award prizes to the top referring participants based on the total number of qualified referrals.

To be eligible for annual grand prizes, participants must:

• Be an active member of Med Sales Hub at the time of award
• Have referred a minimum of three (3) qualified medical practices within the applicable quarter

Grand prizes are awarded as follows:

• 🥇 1st Place: $1,000
• 🥈 2nd Place: $500
• 🥉 3rd Place: $250

All rankings and final determinations are made at the sole discretion of Med Sales Hub.

6. Verification & Fraud Prevention

Med Sales Hub reserves the right to review, validate, and approve all referrals. Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or abuse the Program—including self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity—may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

7. Payment & Tax Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with rewards or prizes. Med Sales Hub may issue tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form 1099) as required by law.

8. Program Modifications

Med Sales Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Compliance & Intended Use

This Program is intended to reward participants for network growth and platform adoption only. Rewards are not tied to prescribing behavior, product usage, or any clinical or purchasing decisions. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and employer policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Med Sales Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program. Participation is at the user’s own risk.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
