Med Sales Hub financially rewards representatives who help grow the network by referring medical practices to the platform. For every office you refer that signs up and begins actively using Med Sales Hub for scheduling, you will receive a $100 reward.
In addition to per-office referral rewards, we recognize top network builders each year. Representatives who refer the most qualified offices by year-end will receive the following:

- 🥈 2nd Place: $2,000
- 🥉 3rd Place: $1,000
All referrals must be new to Med Sales Hub and will be verified to ensure quality and active participation. This program is designed to reward representatives who leverage their relationships to expand access and strengthen the Med Sales Hub network.

What counts as a qualified medical practice referral?
A referral is considered qualified once the medical practice:
- Signs up
- Completes onboarding
- Hosts 15 meetings through the platform
Do I earn rewards for every practice I refer?
Yes. For every qualified medical practice you refer, you’ll receive a $100 Visa Gift Card. There is no cap on how many rewards you can earn.
Do referrals of other representatives count?
No. Referrals of other representatives do not count toward referral earnings or year-end rewards. However, we encourage reps to invite peers onto the platform, as it can provide valuable visibility into other representatives operating within your territory.
How are winners determined?
Winners are determined based on the total number of qualified referrals during the contest period. The representatives with the highest totals will receive the top prizes.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. You can refer as many medical practices and representatives as you’d like.
Are there any rules I should be aware of?
Yes. All referrals must be new to Med Sales Hub and will be reviewed for validity. This program is designed to reward network growth and platform adoption and is not tied to prescribing behavior, product usage, or any clinical decisions.
